1st Recipe: Healthy Carrot Rice

• Carrot (1/4 cup), peeled, washed and chopped;
• Rice (1TBSP), washed twice;
• Add rice and carrot with 1 cup of water (250 ml) ;
• Turn on heat;
• Once water is boiling, cover LID;
• cook for 20 to 25 min with quiet fire ;
• Now carrots are soft and fully cooked;
• Little water should be left After cooking;
• Turn off heat and allow to cool down to lukewarm hot;
• Transfer into blender jar;
• Blend to smooth and creamy puree;

2nd Recipe: Apple Rice Purie

  • One apple;
  •  Peel off;
  • Trim off edges;
  • Chop into pieces;
  • Add 1 tbsp – Soaked Rice in a pressure cooker;
  • Add the half of quantity of apple;
  • Add 1 cup water (250 ml);
  • Pressure cook for 5 whistles;
  • Turn off heat. Allow to cool down;
  • Apple and rice are cooked well!
  • Transfer into blender jar;
  • Blend to smooth and cream;
  • The puree is ready;
  • Feed baby at luke warm-hot.

3rd Recipe: Potato, Carrot and Beans

  • 1 small potato peeled and chopped;
  • 1tbsp of Carrot peeled and chopped;
  • 1tbsp of Beans, Chopped;
  • Add potato, to carrot and beans with 1 cup of water: Put all at a cooker lid;
  • Close cooker lid;
  • Pressure cook for 5 to 6 whistles;
  • Turn off heat;
  • Allow to cool down;
  • Veggies are cooked well and soft now;
  • Transfer into blender jar;
  • Blend into a smooth puree;
  • Blend for 30-40 seconds;
  • The puree is ready;
  • Transfer into serving bowl;
  • Feed baby when slightly warm
